RBD Palm Olein is semi-solid at room temperature. The liquid part can be physically segregated from the solid part of palm oil through the process of fractionation. After fractional process of division the liquid portion is called âpalm oleinâ that is usually bottled and used as cooking oils. It is usually used to explicate trans-free fats such as margarine, vegetable ghee etc. As RBD Palm Olein has fatty acid mixture and good oxidative stability it can be utilized as liquid cooking oil. Suitable for frying the added advantage of the products is that it does not change the flavor of fried food as it does not incorporate any distinct aroma.
Leaves the meal totally dry without any dripping of oil, act as an anti aging oil.
